Cancellations

You can cancel any order or part of an order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once item(s) are dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Any amount paid will be refunded using the same mode of payment that was used to make the purchase.

Returns Policy

We entertain return only under very specific circumstances like items having workmanship defect, reached damaged, wrong item dispatched etc. 

The following Goods cannot be returned: 

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Any accessories/freebies supplied with the product are missing.
  • If the product does not have serial number / UPC number/ barcode affixed, which was present at the time of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery agent.
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

How to return Goods

Place your Return Request via email to …..@...,com or whatsapp at 9810127220
mentioning Order Number and reason of return. The product should be unused, undamaged, and preserved in its original condition with all tags intact.

Once the item(s) reached our warehouse, the full amount of your returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. 

Refunds Policy

All refunds are process within 5-7 business days of cancellation or from date of receipt of the returned item(s) at our warehouse.

The Butler will not be responsible for customs duty/clearance charge.
